mixed feelings about the stay
unhelpful staff missing kettle
the LOCATION WAS accessible and easy to reach.
the staff at the reception were not helpful , WHICH i found DISAPPOINTING. they seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. moreover , the room lacked essential amenities such as a kettle , , made it inconvenient.

underground station area restaurants parking garage
the hotel is close to the underground station. it is also near a supermarket. i found several restaurants in the area. the hotel has parking in the garage for a fee.
my room did not include a drinking glass. it was not possible to fill my water bottle. the sink and faucet design made it difficult to use.

the breakfast had a very good variety. the staff were also very friendly, they helped me find local restaurants that were very tasty.
my room was small and it lack a fridge. i extend my stay, so the small space got really cramped. the carpet was dirty, and my foot felt funny.

comfy beds nice bar helpful people
i found the staff very helpful. the bar and lounge was nice. the beds were comfy. i also appreciated the blinds for blocking out light.
the room felt just a tiny bit small for all our luggage.

The reception staff were very helpful with directions. housekeeping was polite and efficient. i was impressed by the attentiveness and quick assistance from everyone . They quickly addressed any small concern i raised.

the room was very clean and quiet. i found the soundproofing to be excellent, it blocked out almost all outside noise. the bedding was very comfortable and the room design was modern and functional for a short stay.

The hotel breakfast offered a satisfying start to each day. I found the location convenient because it was near public transport links. A supermarket nearby provided easy access to essentials, which I appreciated.
I encountered pigeons inside my room one afternoon. The hotel staff washed my clothes. They did not iron them after that. The room felt small considering the price I paid.

A very enjoyable place
friendly staff spacious lobby nice room
Staff member Anna were super nice and friendly, which I appreciate. The hotel provide a spacious, comfortable lobby. The room itself was nice. I did find the hotel helpful in many ways.
The rooms is really small so it was difficult to have two open suitcases inside!
